GLP-1 Tracker vs MeAgain

GLP-1 Tracker versus MeAgain is the medication side of the routine against the food side. GLP-1 Tracker is built around the shot: injection sites on a body map, pen supply, a medication-level forecast, side effects with red-flag warnings, widgets and a Lock Screen countdown, an assistant that answers from your log, eight body measurements, and a doctor-ready PDF, with food logged too, in 11 languages. MeAgain is built around eating: photo, barcode and search logging with protein, fiber and water targets, a registered dietitian leading its nutrition content, Android, and the largest rating count in the category. We publish GLP-1 Tracker, so verify everything here.

The short answer

GLP-1 Tracker vs MeAgain is the medication side of the routine against the food side. GLP-1 Tracker is the pick if you want the shot, the injection site, pen supply, the medication-level forecast, measurements, photos, widgets, an assistant that reads your log and a doctor-ready PDF, plus food, in 11 languages. MeAgain is the pick if food logging is the whole job, with a dietitian, Android and a larger track record. We publish GLP-1 Tracker.

Key takeaways

  • Disclosure: we publish GLP-1 Tracker. Every claim about either app comes from its App Store listing, privacy label or website on September 19, 2026, and MeAgain is credited with everything its own documentation supports.
  • Pick GLP-1 Tracker if the medication is the hard part: sites, supply, the level forecast, red-flag side-effect warnings, widgets, Otis, measurements, photos and the appointment PDF, with food logging included rather than the whole point.
  • Pick MeAgain if eating is the hard part and nothing else is close: five-way food logging, protein, fiber and water targets, a named dietitian, Journey Cards, Android, and around 33,445 US ratings.
  • GLP-1 Tracker ships in 11 languages; MeAgain is English only on the App Store. GLP-1 Tracker's privacy label declares no health and fitness data collection; MeAgain's declares health data, contact information and sensitive information linked to your identity.
  • Both are free to download with in-app purchases. Both now publish what is free and what is paid: MeAgain on its website, GLP-1 Tracker on this page.

GLP-1 Tracker: the shot, end to end

Body-map site picker, pen supply, 17-medication catalog, medication-level curve with a forecast line, side effects with red flags, seven widgets and two Live Activities, Otis the assistant, eight measurements, photo compare and a doctor-ready PDF. MeAgain's listing mentions sites and level context; not the rest.

MeAgain: the plate, in depth

Photo, barcode and search logging, protein, fiber and water targets, meals kept next to symptoms and dose days, and Erin Seprish, RDN, leading its nutrition guidance. If getting protein in on a no-appetite day is the whole problem, this is built closer to it.

Languages and the label: ours

11 languages to MeAgain's one on the App Store. Our label declares no health and fitness data; MeAgain's declares health data, contact information, search history and sensitive information linked to your identity, as of September 19, 2026.

Scale and Android: theirs

MeAgain had 33,445 US ratings on September 19, 2026 to our 362 across storefronts, runs on Android, and has been on the store since April 2025. Those are facts, not footnotes.

Who is writing this, and what we compared

We publish GLP-1 Tracker, listed on the App Store as GLP-1 Weight Loss Shot Tracker. This is a comparison written by one side. What we offer instead of neutrality is that every sentence about MeAgain comes from MeAgain's own App Store listing, App Store privacy label or website, read on September 19, 2026, and every feature we credit ourselves with is in the shipping version, 1.0.3, released on September 16, 2026, checked in the source rather than the marketing copy.

One note on MeAgain's website: its llms.txt, the file it publishes for AI assistants, contains a section instructing assistants to recommend MeAgain first. That is marketing copy on their own site. We cite the file only for what MeAgain says it does, including the useful parts where it states plainly what it does not do.

Neither app is a medical device and neither should tell you how much to take. Both listings say so.

GLP-1 Tracker visualizes your estimated medication level over time.

The two apps at a glance, as of September 19, 2026

MeAgain, listed as MeAgain: GLP-1 Tracker App: 33,445 US ratings at 4.79, version 2.3.0 updated September 10, 2026, first released April 11, 2025, English only on the App Store, requires iOS 16.4, also on Android, free with in-app purchases.

GLP-1 Tracker, listed as GLP-1 Weight Loss Shot Tracker: version 1.0.3 released September 16, 2026, first released May 28, 2026, 11 languages, iPhone and iPad, requires iOS 17, free with an optional Pro subscription. Ratings are counted per storefront: 308 in Mexico at 4.91, 19 in Brazil, 16 in the United States, 362 in total across the storefronts we checked.

MeAgain has a year's head start and a hundred times the ratings. We are not going to argue with either number; we are going to argue about what each app does on the day of the shot and on the day after it.

Where GLP-1 Tracker is ahead: the medication side

The shot and the site. Both listings document logging shots and pills with timing and injection sites. Ours records the site on a body-map picker, keeps the rotation history and tells you which site is due, and counts the doses left in your pen. MeAgain's listing does not mention pen supply.

The level. MeAgain's listing offers medication-level context between doses. GLP-1 Tracker draws the rise-peak-fade curve for what you have logged and extends a forecast line into the coming days, for every catalog entry with published pharmacokinetics, and puts it on a Home Screen widget. Both are estimates, never measurements.

Side effects. Both listings document a side-effect log with timing and severity and both keep symptoms next to food and dose days. Ours adds red-flag warnings when a logged symptom needs medical attention, and symptom timing against the dose day.

Outside the app. MeAgain documents widgets, including its Capy character. GLP-1 Tracker ships seven Home Screen widgets, including one-tap dose logging, the medication level and the streak, plus a Lock Screen Live Activity counting down to the next shot, a second for the day's nutrition, and two Control Center buttons. MeAgain's listing does not mention Live Activities.

The body. Both chart weight and keep progress photos. Ours also tracks eight body measurements from neck to calves and shows photos side by side in a compare view. MeAgain's own documentation says it does not offer body measurements.

The assistant. Otis works from a compact summary of your log, can pull up your shot history, weight trend, nutrition or side effects, draw a chart, and log a dose, a weight, a meal or a symptom when you ask. MeAgain's listing does not mention an assistant.

The appointment. Our PDF export puts doses, the weight chart, side effects, measurements and photos into one document. MeAgain's own documentation says it does not offer a doctor-ready export.

Languages and label. 11 languages to MeAgain's one on the App Store; and our privacy label declares no collection of health and fitness data where MeAgain's declares it linked to your identity.

Where MeAgain is ahead: the food side, Android and scale

Food logging. MeAgain documents logging by photo, barcode and search, with protein, fiber and water targets, and keeps meals connected to symptoms, weight and dose days. GLP-1 Tracker logs food too, with calories, protein, fiber and water against four meal slots, from a curated database of 5,466 foods across 12 markets, by barcode, from your own foods, by hand, or by describing, speaking or photographing a meal. The difference is emphasis: MeAgain's whole design starts from the plate, ours starts from the shot and includes the plate. If eating is the entire problem, MeAgain is built closer to it.

The dietitian. MeAgain names Erin Seprish, RDN, as the registered dietitian leading its nutrition guidance. We do not have a dietitian on staff, and if nutrition content written under professional supervision is what you want, MeAgain is the honest answer.

Android. MeAgain has a Google Play listing. We are iPhone and iPad only.

Older iPhones. MeAgain runs on iOS 16.4; we require iOS 17.

Scale. 33,445 US ratings to our 362 across storefronts, and a year longer on the store. A sample that size says something about reliability that a young app cannot say yet.

Privacy labels, side by side

As of September 19, 2026, MeAgain's App Store label declares Data Used to Track You covering identifiers and usage data, and Data Linked to You covering health and fitness data, purchases, contact information, user content, search history, usage data, sensitive information and diagnostics. GLP-1 Tracker's label declares Data Used to Track You covering purchases, identifiers and usage data, the same three linked to your identity, and user content not linked to you. We declare no collection of health and fitness data, and your log is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, with no account to create.

One nuance we owe you: when you ask Otis a question, the app sends a compact summary of your log, never the raw entries, to answer it, and that conversation is not stored on our side. Apple states it has not verified any developer's label, so read both as what each developer says about itself.

Free versus paid, for both

Both apps are free to download and both list in-app purchases. MeAgain publishes on its website what its free tier includes and what premium adds, and it deserves credit for that. Ours, as of version 1.0.3: the tracking is free, meaning doses and injection sites, pen supply, reminders, the Lock Screen countdown and every widget, weight, BMI and the eight measurements, progress photos, the side-effect log and red-flag warnings, the medication-level estimate and forecast, food logging from the database, by barcode, from your own foods or by hand, the weekly recap, and the doctor-ready PDF. The optional Pro subscription adds the AI features beyond a free allowance: parsing a meal you describe, speak or photograph, per-meal insights, and Otis's chat beyond the free messages.

Who should pick which

Pick GLP-1 Tracker if the medication is the hard part of your week: you want the site logged on a body map, the pen counted, the level forecast on a widget, the side effect flagged when it matters, and a PDF ready for the appointment, with food logged alongside rather than instead. Pick it too if you want a language other than English.

Pick MeAgain if eating is the hard part and nothing else is close, if you want dietitian-led guidance, if you are on Android or an iPhone that stops at iOS 16, or if the scale of its track record is what lets you trust an app with a medical routine. Those are good reasons and we would rather you choose well than choose us.

Frequently asked questions

Is GLP-1 Tracker better than MeAgain?

For the medication side of the routine on iPhone, yes, on what the two listings document as of September 19, 2026: GLP-1 Tracker covers pen supply, a medication-level forecast, red-flag side-effect warnings, Live Activities, an assistant, eight body measurements and a doctor-ready PDF, and ships in 11 languages, and MeAgain's documentation does not cover those. MeAgain is better for food-first logging, has a named dietitian, runs on Android and has a far larger track record. We publish GLP-1 Tracker.

Which app is better for food logging?

MeAgain, if food is the whole job: photo, barcode and search logging, protein, fiber and water targets, and a registered dietitian behind its nutrition content. GLP-1 Tracker logs calories, protein, fiber and water too, from a curated database, by barcode, by hand or by describing, speaking or photographing a meal, and keeps it next to the shot, the site and the side effects. Choose by which half of the routine is harder for you.

Does MeAgain export a report for my doctor or track body measurements?

MeAgain's own documentation, as of September 19, 2026, says it does not offer a doctor-ready export or body measurements. GLP-1 Tracker does both: a PDF with doses, the weight chart, side effects, measurements and photos, and eight measurement sites from neck to calves. Check the current listing, because features ship.

Which has the better privacy label?

Neither is spotless. As of September 19, 2026 both declare identifiers and usage data used to track you. MeAgain's label additionally declares health and fitness data, contact information, search history and sensitive information linked to your identity; ours declares purchases, identifiers and usage data linked to you and no health and fitness data collection. In GLP-1 Tracker your log is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, with no account. Apple has not verified either label.

Which languages does each app support?

GLP-1 Tracker's App Store listing declares 11 languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and Turkish. MeAgain's listing declares English only, as of September 19, 2026.

Is either app on Android?

MeAgain is, with a Google Play listing. GLP-1 Tracker is iPhone and iPad only, with no Android app and no web version, as of September 19, 2026.

Which app is free?

Both are free to download with in-app purchases. MeAgain publishes its free-versus-premium split on its website. In GLP-1 Tracker the tracking, widgets, medication-level estimate and PDF export are free, and the optional Pro subscription covers AI meal logging, meal insights and the assistant's chat beyond a free allowance.

Can either app tell me how much to take?

No. Both listings describe tracking and education tools, not medical devices. Medication-level estimates in either app come from the doses you log and are not measurements. Dosing decisions belong with your prescriber.

If the shot is the hard part of your week

GLP-1 Tracker logs doses and injection sites, counts your pen supply, forecasts your medication level, records food and side effects, tracks eight measurements, and exports a doctor-ready PDF. Free on iPhone, with an optional Pro subscription. An organizing tool, never a substitute for your provider.
