These Terms govern your use of the GLP-1 Trackerapp and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

Not medical advice

GLP-1 Tracker is a tracking and education tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Features such as the “medication level” estimate and nutrition results are informational estimates only and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your medication, dosing, and health decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the Service for lawful, personal purposes.
• Keep your device and account secure.
• Understand that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, and the Otis character, is owned by GLP-1 Tracker and protected by law. Medication brand names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what you can track; they do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any health outcome related to your use of it.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms over time; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
